In the first lesson, we'll define the words humble and confidence, and how that concept can help you embrace growth and live for God. We will then define a growth mindset and how that differs from a fixed mindset. I will then teach you the CBT equation to begin taking your thoughts captive and aligning them with God's truth. We will then discuss the week's assignments.
